An authentic Italian-style risotto with lamb, mushrooms, onion and green pepper in a mushroom sauce. Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese to taste. Gluten Free.

Preparation Remove parmesan cheese pack. Add 500 ml (2 cups) of boiling water to meal pouch. Stir and stand for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan cheese as desired

A hearty meal that's one of my favourites
For freeze it's really yummy. But maybe I was hungry. The parmesan makes it!
Pretty nice for a change from the other big freeze dry brand. If you're needing a change do it. If you don't care, and it's just fuel, save a couple of bucks.
