It does exactly what it says

There is no doubt about it the Pacsafe Carrysafe 100 Camera Strap does exactly as it says. It easily fits your DSLR or mirrorless setup, and makes it impossible for someone to cut the strap and make off with your investment.

Unfortunately my experience with it wasnt the best.

Attaching the strap was a breeze, just following the simple instructions and attaching it to the existing camera mounting points.

The strap itself is a little stiff, obviously due to the anti slash protection. With a mirrorless setup which is fairly light I found that the slack wasn't taken up with the camera and the strap just felt awkward. It also isn't actually very long and I was unable to get the camera to sit as low as I wanted it. This may have been operator error, but I do think I had the strap extended as far as I could.

The locking clips that attach the strap to the camera are a good idea, but again on a mirrorless setup they are just a bit too bulky and I found they got in the way. There are also two neoprene covers that slide up and down the strap to cover the clips and these just appear to be clumsy as they failed to stay in any one position, just moving all the time.

I would say that if you have a large DSLR then this strap might just be perfect for you, if you have a mirrorless then I would pass on this one .
