Good knife. Haven't had the chance to make full use of it yet, though. Great company to deal with, very genuine helpful staff.

Nice knife with good leather sheath at a very good price

This is 5-star at this price point. There surely are better knives, but you can easily spend double the money without getting a better knife. Many cheap knives come with cheap sheaths, this Muela comes with a good quality old-style leather sheath that is able to carry the knife on the belt for many years. The blade is very sharp and sturdy, also the saw on the back of the knife is sharp. This is a medium length knife, the blade being longer than folders but short enough to carry without it being in the way. The handle is rubber and for my big hands the handle could be a bit bigger, but it is appropriate for the size of this knife. The curved blade may be a challenge to re-sharpen, this remains to be seen. I have seen this style knife which encourages chopping, but this Muela would be too light for that. So far I have used the knife for various cutting jobs around the house in the kitchen, not for bushcraft or survival type activities. For everything I have used it, it was very pleasant and a joy to use.
