Sizing is based on regular footwear, if you plan to fit onto large or thick soled boots you will need go up one size.

I bought them mainly for steep downhill sections of the Kaweka range, to provide grip on clay and shale. They work very well and add greatly to your security, lessening the chance of a fall. They attach easily and quickly and are very light, not awkward or heavy to wear. Of course they are also excellent on ice. Highly recommended.
