Need help choosing the right gear? Our team is here to help in-store, or contact us by phone or email. Whether you need help choosing the right sleeping bag or tent , getting a tramping pack or hiking shoes fitted properly, or advice on safety gear for a backcountry trip, we'll point you in the right direction. We also offer a gear hire service if you need equipment for a one-off adventure.

Please note that due to space limitations, some larger items such as kayaks and fitness equipment may not be on display in-store. Our team is happy to help you find what you're looking for - just ask.

Shopping online and want to pick up in person? Simply place your order online and select collection at checkout. We'll notify you by text or email when your order is ready - in many cases, the same or next day, though please allow up to 48 hours depending on availability.
