Not Great When Wet

These matches are more expensive than UCO's "Stormproof Matches" but are inferior, they will not relight after submersion. They may work in light rain but not when wet. I don't even know why they make them when the stormproof version do everything better but are practically the same size, weight, burn time etc.?
